The room is bright and centrally located in the upcoming and hip area of Zürich (Kreis 4), 7 min walk to HB, 5 min to Google/UBS office “Europaalle”. There are plenty of things to do and nice/trendy places within the area, as the river Limmat (nice recreational spot at “oberer Letten” for sun-/bathing/jogging) as well as plenty of hip restaurants and bars.
The flat share is available as of now or Apr 1st 2017. The rent is CHF 1500 and can be rented flexible.

Falls du noch auf der Zimmersuche bist, kann ich Dir gerne ein sehr freundliches/helles Zimmer in meiner zentral gelegenen 4-Zimmer Wohnung im Kreis 4 anbieten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und aktuell zu haben da meine Mitbewohnerin spontan ins Ausland gesendet wird.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohn- und Gästezimmer sowie Küche und Bad. Waschküche ist dabei und sehr flexibel nutzbar.
Inklusive Nebenkosten (wlan, tv etc) beträgt die Monatsmiete 1500 CHF.
